Jill Semonin has been applying Permanent Cosmetics for 14 years, has been in the cosmetology industry
for 25 years. She has many certificates of training and is licensed by the
State of Ohio and City of Barberton. She was the
first corporation to open business doing Permanent
Cosmetics in the State of Ohio that was fully
licensed and certified (that we know of). Before the State of
Ohio
made the mandatory tattoo laws go into effect, there
was an infectious waste license at which we used
until the City of
Akron
changed and started licensing tattoo businesses
under the new Ohio laws. Since then, Jill has been
on Channel 8 News and has clients from all over the
United States.
So, If your looking for perfection in your cosmetics and you wouldn't be
caught with out make-up, we can save you time and money in the long run
as well as wear and tear on your facial tissue, so don't wait, call
today and schedule with us.
We also can apply detailed and discrete
regular tattoos for those who want the professional
atmosphere and would like a beautifully designed
tattoo to accent any area on your body.
The above picture is Jill, just one day after
permanent cosmetics were re-applied by one of our
certified student graduates, who is now working in a
beauty salon just for permanent cosmetics. We call
this type of application a "freshening" or a "touch
up" to keep the color fresh. Her eyes, lip liner and eyebrows were done.

You ask: Does it hurt?
The answer to this is a fortunate one. While it's
not painless, it's tolerable. But they all say it's
worth it. ** We do offer an additional 'topical'
anesthetic for a small fee. Most of our
clients don't need it, but it is an option for those
with a low pain tolerance.
If you love cosmetics and are good at
applying cosmetics, OR you have a cosmetology
license: Becoming certified in Permanent Cosmetics
may be a great career choice for you. -The
Ohio State board of Cosmetology has now approved
Cosmetic Tattooing to be applied in beauty salons.
This widens prospective clients by far.
